WHY STAGE

Why Stage

It has been proven time and again that beautiful staging sells homes faster and for more money.

Research from countless organizations such as the National Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Staging Association show us that buyers and agents alike believe whole-heartedly in the power of beautiful staging that allows buyers to visualize themselves living in the home.

In our own research we’ve found that staged homes in the Seattle area sell for an average of 8-9% more that un-staged homes, sometimes even higher depending on the neighborhood and time of year. Ask us how we came up with these numbers!

Real estate is different from any other type of investment in that the owner may be actively living their lives in this investment during the course of their ownership.

That means that we’re not just selling a vehicle that gets you from place to place or shares in a company that rarely affect your day-to-day life. We’re selling family game nights in the living room, a kitchen where holiday meals are prepared, and an outdoor space to spend the few precious sunny days we get to enjoy in the Seattle area.

We’re selling the single most important factor in how someone designs a happy life for themselves and their family: a home.

Why Stage

The process of purchasing a home is very emotional, especially for first-time buyers who made up 31% of the buyer pool in both 2019 and 2020**. We design spaces that inspire future homeowners to live their very best lives in the place where many spend the vast majority of their time, especially as we enter a new, post-pandemic era in which homes have evolved into offices, workshops, gyms, and five-star restaurants.
